Anthem Health Rewards
Employees enrolled in coverage can earn up to $225 in incentives through Anthem Health Rewards.
As participants complete health activities, they earn dollars toward digital gift cards. Completed and eligible health activities are tracked and automatically updated in the My Health Dashboard. Rewards can be redeemed in the same dashboard.
